2. Is the LF334 cell shipped from your Poland warehouse?
Yes, the LF334 cell is available for shipment directly from our Poland warehouse, ensuring faster delivery, lower transit risk, and competitive shipping costs for EU customers.
3. What happens if I overcharge or over-discharge the battery?
Overcharging (>3.65V) can cause swelling, overheating, or fire. Over-discharging (<2.5V / 2.0V) can cause permanent internal damage. A proper BMS prevents both conditions.
4. Is this an original EVE Grade A cell?
Yes. We source directly from EVE Power Co., Ltd. This is an original Grade A cell, not refurbished or B-grade.
5. What is the warranty period?
We offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse (overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, physical damage, no BMS) voids the warranty.
